Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Maximise building turnover by ensuring jobs under construction achieve budgeted timelines and are within cost.
* Monitor construction personnel to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to achieve Construction turnover.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones
* Provide leadership and mentorship to in office staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety
* Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the high-end construction industry
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence
* Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
* In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
