We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to head our People & Culture team. Leading a dedicated team of five professionals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's future by developing innovative HR strategies that align with our business goals.
In this influential position, your primary responsibility will be to design, recommend, and implement effective human resource initiatives to optimize our workforce's potential. Your efforts will ensure that our personnel are utilised efficiently to drive organisational success and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support across all HR functions, including employee relations, workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and prepare staff for future leadership roles.
- Advise management on HR best practices and help cultivate a work environment that promotes engagement, productivity, and well-being.

This position is located in Dandenong South and requires physical presence in the office. The organization offers a fortnightly rostered day off (RDO) to support work-life balance and employee well-being.
