We're currently seeking warm-hearted and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Bodington, where we provide a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for our residents.
Your Role Will Include
* Assisting residents with personal care such as showering and dressing
* Supporting daily living activities including meals and social engagement
* Collaborating with our clinical team to follow individual care plans
* Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a positive team culture
* Providing exceptional service to residents, their families, and the wider community
What We're Looking For
* A kind heart and a genuine passion for aged care
* Strong communication skills and a friendly nature
* A team player who is dependable and proactive
* Understanding of workplace health and safety
* A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
* Ability to assist clients with medication would be an advantage
* Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
