Base salary range: $34.53 - $36.30 p.h. (CA3)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
Take direction from the Team Leader, Senior Occupational Therapist or Advanced Rehabilitation Assistant, in consultation with other team members.
Communicate effectively with consumers and other staff members.
Participate in the delivery of group and individual consumer programs as directed by the multidisciplinary team.
Encourage and assist consumer participation in all aspects of activities of daily living, including self-care, care of the living environment and community-based activities.
Requirements:
Completion of or willingness to complete a recognised training program at least equivalent to Certificate IV in Mental Health Work (non-clinical) recognised by Queensland Health (e.g. relevant TAFE Certificates or Diplomas).
Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
Work extended hours in line with treating team/unit requirements (including evenings and weekends).
