As a Delivery Driver for Balloon Town, you will be responsible for ensuring that balloon orders are delivered to our customers promptly and in perfect condition. You will interact with customers and represent the brand.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver helium-inflated foil balloons to various locations around Sydney.
* Handle balloon arrangements carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged.
* Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any special instructions.
* Load and unload deliveries, ensuring all orders are accurate before departure.
* Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery, adhering to scheduled delivery slots.
* Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
Essential Qualifications:
* Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
* 25+ years old for van insurance purposes.
* Experience driving and making deliveries in Sydney or surrounding suburbs.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure balloon orders are delivered correctly.
* Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
* Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
