Job Opportunity: Farm Labourer
We are seeking 200 workers to join our harvest team in the Shepparton region, VIC.
Key Responsibilities:
* Harvest and pack fruit and vegetables
* Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure
* Perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and squatting for long periods
Requirements:
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and be flexible with working days
* Availability for 6-7 days a week, including weekends
* Physically fit, able to bend, lift, and carry heavy loads
* Pass medical/drug test
* Have valid work rights in Australia
Working Conditions:
Candidates will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with variable weather conditions. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
