About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to work primarily from our Warwick Farm location.
* Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts enquiries
* Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
* Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts
* Respond to phone and email enquiries from dealerships, ensuring part requirements are accurately identified and fulfilled
* Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
* Assist with stock checking and order processing
* Working as part of a team to provide high standard of customer service
The successful candidate will need the following:
* Experience with parts or the automotive industry preferred, or an eagerness to learn
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
* Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
* Experience with dealership systems or parts cataloguing is a bonus
