The Role
You'll oversee workshop operations, keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready for service. You'll lead and develop your team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and use data to drive improvements in cost and performance across multiple depots.

What we're looking for:
* Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in მიუხედავად mechanical/electrical engineering
* Strong leadership skills with multi-site management experience
* Knowledge of HGV/PSV maintenance, DVSA standards & H&S legislation
* Financial and budget management experience
* IT skills and ability to analyze data for performance improvement
