* Coordination of General Estate Works under Defence Contract is crucial for success.
* Arranging site access, inductions, drawings, maps, escorts, permits to work for staff, contractors, and sub-contractors is vital.
* Monitoring performance of service delivery functions at the service point or base location ensures seamless operations.
* Triage of service requests according to contractual obligations requires prompt attention.
About You:
* A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or relevant trade experience is necessary.
* Flexibility and adaptability in complex environments with multiple stakeholders are required.
* Demonstrated written technical communication and IT skills ensure effective collaboration.
* Experience in collaborative processes at a professional level is desirable.
