Tasks
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
Duties
* Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, forecasts, and variances in financial performance.
* Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
* Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate data and insights.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements based on analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights for various projects.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Support the month-end close process by preparing necessary journal entries and reconciliations.

Requirements
Skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
* Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Experience with financial software .
