Australia.What You'll DoAs the primary touchpoint for Chuffed customers on weekends, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring campaigners and donors receive timely and helpful support.
You'll also act as a bridge between our community and the wider Chuffed team, helping us continuously improve the experience for everyone using our platform.Here's how you'll spend your time:Assist campaigners and donors as they launch campaigns, make donations, and navigate Chuffed's tools and products.
Your communication with customers will be via email.Advocate for our community by sharing insights and feedback with the Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, ensuring customer needs remain at the heart of what we doEnhance our customer support by identifying opportunities to improve how we interact with and assist our communityMaintain our knowledge base, updating and refining articles so customers can easily find the most relevant and up-to-date informationHelp keep the Chuffed platform a safe space by identifying and addressing any illegitimate campaignsRequirementsAbout YouYou have at least two years of experience in a customer support roleYou're a solid communicator who can clearly explain complex information while keeping your responses friendly and engagingYou're customer-focused and enjoy advocating for a better user experienceYou're highly organized and efficient, able to prioritize tasks effectivelyYou have a strong growth mindset - you're not afraid to take risks, fail and learn.
