Our client is a fast-growing business looking for their first People & Culture Manager—someone who can design and lead the full employee experience with a focus on attracting, engaging, and retaining the next generation of talent.
What you'll do
* Build recruitment and employer brand strategies to attract Gen Z.
* Embed culture and engagement programs that connect with a values-driven workforce.
* Introduce simple, scalable HR processes and the right tech (ATS/HRIS).
* Coach leaders and support employees across the full lifecycle.

* A proactive HR generalist (4+ years) ready to take ownership of People & Culture.
* Experience in recruitment marketing and early-talent pipelines.
* Strong communicator who can connect with both executives and emerging talent.
