The Role:
As a Residential Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' dreams to life. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing concept plans based on client briefs and design objectives.
Creating visually stunning facades that align with architectural and design standards.
Producing detailed Construction Certificate (CC) drawings compliant with building codes and regulations.
Collaborating with architects, builders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Managing design timelines and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in Revit with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Experience in residential design, including concept plans and facade development.
Comprehensive understanding of building codes, standards, and CC drawing requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
