About the Role
As Senior Community Manager, you'll be the bridge between the grassroots and the boardroom. You'll lead national community-building efforts — scaling organiser programs, running city-level activations, and embedding safety, inclusivity and joy into every touchpoint.
This is a 6-month day rate contract, ideal for someone who's built community from scratch and knows how to empower others to do the same. You'll work directly with the Head of Growth, Product, and UX, and be a foundational hire on a team with big goals and heart.
There's strong potential for the role to go permanent once the initial foundations are built and proven.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and lead a national network of community managers and local volunteer organisers
* Create toolkits, playbooks, and incentive programs to help organisers scale with ease
* Use app data to launch location-specific activations and re-engagement campaigns
* Co-create national moments that drive user spikes
* Act as the voice of the community to inform product roadmap and new features
