Executive Assistant – QUT Leadership Institute, Academic Division
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director of the QUT Leadership Institute. The role includes high‐level administrative support, planning and office management, diary and travel coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration. Confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement are essential. The position is hybrid, based in Kelvin Grove.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐level diary management for the Executive Director.
* Support correspondence, drafting memoranda, agendas and minutes.
* Arrange events and travel, including coordination with external stakeholders.
* Manage administrative tasks, office systems and corporate resources.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and staff to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications and Experience
* Associate diploma or equivalent with at least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
* High level interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and corporate systems.
* Proactive problem‐solving ability and ability to work productively within a team.
* Excellent written communication skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong time management, prioritisation and ability to adapt to changing demands.

Terms & Conditions
* Term: Fixed‐term, full‐time basis for two (2) years.
* Remuneration: $95,981 to $108,257 per annum (HEW5) inclusive of $81,105 to $91,478 salary, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading.
* Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available).
