TS Global is seeking a driven and practical Business Development Manager – Underground to grow our presence across underground mining operations in Queensland.
We deliver real, high-value solutions through our Mackay workshop and manufactured product range, supporting sites with products, service, shutdowns and refurbishment capability.
We work alongside all the major players, identifying the gaps, solving real operational problems and picking up the work others overlook.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, site-driven role where your ability to build relationships and follow through will define your success.
You will:
* Identify opportunities within underground operations that others miss
* Build strong relationships with site-based teams and decision-makers
* Turn operational challenges into practical, workshop-backed solutions
* Support delivery across products, shutdowns, service and refurbishment work
* Grow existing accounts while developing new business
* Manage your pipeline and deliver real commercial outcomes
About You
You understand how underground operations actually work.
You may already be in business development, sales or account management, or you could be working underground in a supervisory, maintenance or operational role and ready to step up into a commercial position.
You will bring:
* Experience in underground mining, materials handling or similar
* A practical mindset, you can see problems and think in solutions
* Strong relationship-building skills across all levels on site
* Drive and self-motivation, with a focus on results
* The ability to work to KPIs and turn performance into reward
