The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative leadership with key financial responsibilities, including managing day-to-day financial operations using MYOB and Microsoft Excel, administering and reconciling Child Care Subsidy payments and reporting, and handling telephone inquiries.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily financial operations
* Administer and reconcile CCS payments and reports
* Respond to and direct telephone calls
* Process child care and preschool enrolments
* Process accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
* Process superannuation and payroll tax
* Prepare quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS)
* Lodge monthly superannuation
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budget preparation
* Prepare financial reports and present them at monthly Management Committee meetings
* Provide administrative support to the Director and Management Committee
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements
* Maintain HR records, certifications, and training documentation
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in financial administration, preferably in a childcare or not-for-profit setting
* Minimum 3-5 years of financial administration experience required
* Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel
* General bookkeeping level proficiency in MYOB required
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
