What You’ll Do
* Building end-to-end solutions across a variety of channels (including internal tools, SDKs, apps and customer‑facing portals), shaping the direction of our architecture, design patterns and stack.
* Utilize industry best practices and leveraging the latest technologies where possible.
* Engage with stakeholders in all stages of the software development life cycle.
* Write clean, maintainable code, following best practices and adhering to coding standards.
* Work on special projects as directed by the Software Engineering Manager.
* Providing mentoring to junior members of the team.
* Participate in sprints/iterations and performing code reviews.
Key Criteria
* At least 5 years + of experience as Full Stack Developer.
* Strong experience with a proven track record using PHP and Laravel.
* Experience crafting and maintaining software with a test‑driven approach that is maintainable and conforms to standards and software development best practices.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
* Ideally from a Telco background but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills, especially when identifying the requirements and delivering what was required.
* A team player who can work well with team members, willing to follow through and speak up.
