About The Role
The Team Manager Team Manager Enterprise Solutions and Systems provides Council wide leadership and is accountable for the teams:
Spatial Services Data and Analytics Business Systems Development
The Team Manager plays a key role in advising the Senior Leadership Team and working collaboratively across the Leadership Team to champion our purpose of Growing Townsville and to deliver the Corporate Plan in consultation with the Townsville community. This position is accountable to the Chief Digital and Information Officer.
Our Ideal Applicant Will Have
Extensive experience leading complex projects from planning through to delivery, including design, governance, cost management, implementation and reporting at the executive level.
To succeed in this role, you will hold relevant tertiary or professional qualifications—preferably with postgraduate studies in Business Management—and have a strong track record as a Senior Manager within a large and diverse organisation. With over 10 years of industry experience, including at least five in a comparable leadership position, you will bring advanced expertise in the design, optimisation and integration of ITS business processes, systems and technologies.
Finally, you will thrive in complex environments, applying creativity, innovation and modern technology solutions to solve challenges and deliver meaningful, future‑focused outcomes for the organisation and the community.
