Responsibilities and Requirements
* This role involves leading a team during the evening and overnight hours.
We're seeking an experienced and hands-on individual to motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine guest experience. The successful candidate will champion team coaching and mentoring, as well as guest and team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations.

* Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and 'local' guest experience.
* Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day to day pub operations.
* Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives.
* Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are.
About You
We're looking for someone with great hospitality leadership and operational experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and inspiring, coaching, and developing their team.
