**About Our Client**:
Our client is an established and well known construction company in Canberra that values it's people and culture.
- Act as the point of contact for the Chairman. Provide effective diary management, coordinate and manage appointments including scheduling meetings.
- For the Chairman, coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders including coordinating venue bookings, audio visual equipment and other meeting resources as required.
- Prepare and coordinate correspondence on behalf of the Chairman, including taking dictations and typing.
- Print and collate documents, contracts, memos and other briefing material.
- Complete credit card returns, reimbursement claims and other finance tasks.
- May be required to assist with other project work and office support tasks from time to time.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Very strong administrative and organisational skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Exceptional professional communication skills including the ability to produce high quality written work with excellent attention to detail
- Sound judgement and the confidence to seek guidance where appropriate
