As Sunshine Coast Mazda celebrates 20 years in business, we're entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for a creative, driven and community-minded Marketing Coordinator to help lead it.
For two decades, we've been part of the local landscape. We're a long-standing, trusted dealership with deep roots in the Sunshine Coast community, and now, as we mark our 20th anniversary, we're focused on building even stronger connections for the next 20 years.
This is not your standard marketing role.
You'll be the custodian of a globally recognised brand, Mazda Australia, translating national campaigns into meaningful, local storytelling that resonates right here on the Sunshine Coast. You'll balance brand integrity with personality, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Mazda's premium positioning while feeling authentically local.
About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a varied, hands-on role where no two weeks look the same. This role is permanent part time, with 20 to 30 hours available per week, with the flexibility to build your work hours around your work/life balance.
You will be responsible for:
* Communicating the voice of the national Mazda brand with a local Sunshine Coast feel
* Planning and executing sale events
* Managing community partnerships and sponsorships
* Building and nurturing supplier relationships (creative, media, print, digital)
* Overseeing internal communications and culture initiatives
* Coordinating digital, social, email and in-dealership marketing activity
* Reporting on campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
You'll work autonomously to drive initiatives forward, while collaborating closely with our leadership team, sales departments and service team.

Automotive experience is a bonus, but attitude, initiative and cultural fit are just as important.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar Marketing Manager or marketing-focused role.
