Full Time Position (38 Hours). Guaranteed strong base earnings + attractive commission + KPI Sales bonuses. Opportunity to progress into Management Position if you want to move up from Sales into a Managerial role.

Role and Team
The Harvey Norman Balgowlah Furniture Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson and sales‐oriented individual to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
We have a beautiful complex, newly renovated with home solutions to all customers as a whole. It\'s not only furniture we sell to customers but also Electrical Goods, Computers, Bedding, Flooring and Bathrooms. Undercover Free Carpark on site + Nice Cafes around for Breakfast and Lunch.
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
To be successful you must
* Have a passion for retail
* Furniture Retailing Experience or Other Retail Experience
* Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Enjoy working in a team environment

* Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
* Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
* Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services

* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
