* Provide comprehensive advice on hydraulic assessments for development applications, ensuring adherence to Council's service standards and infrastructure requirements.
* Review and assess technical reports from developers on water, recycled water, and sewerage network capacity to guarantee accuracy and alignment with legislative and planning standards.
* Interpret and apply the Infrastructure Demand Model, incorporating long-term population projections and assessing required infrastructure upgrades to 2071.
