The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team in our current Sale office. This is a critical role that sits at the very heart of our business.
Working closely with the owners, you will be an integral member of our small team with a keen focus on working collaboratively through a broad range of tasks. You won’t just be processing paperwork; you will be the first point of contact for our clients, the master of our schedule, and a key player in our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the friendly and professional first point of contact for all client phone calls, emails, and web enquiries.
Manage and optimize the daily job schedule for our building inspectors and pest management technicians.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients, as well as local real estate agents and conveyancers.
Provide quotes, manage job bookings from start to finish, and handle all client communications.
Manage our social media presence, engage with the local community and showcase our work.
Handle general administration including assisting with client invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in an administration, office coordination, or customer service role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing outstanding client service.
You are highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You are tech-savvy, a quick learner, and confident using computers and learning new software.
A proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player who is invested in helping a small business thrive.
What We Offer
A competitive annual salary of $57,000 - $67,000 + superannuation, based on your experience.
A full-time permanent role, currently based in our Sale office.
