We are seeking experienced Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Line Chefs to join our team at a remote village in South Australia. These pivotal roles are essential in ensuring smooth and profitable kitchen operations for our community.
About the Roles:

* Head Chef:
">
o Roster: 8:6 FIFO
o Responsibilities: Work closely with senior management, manage kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food delivery, oversee ordering, storing, preparing, and delivering food service, manage client relationships, and support staff.
* Sous Chef:
">
o Roster: 2:1 FIFO
o Responsibilities: Assist Head Chefs, manage kitchen operations, ensure smooth service, oversee ordering, profit and wastage reporting, and support client relationships.
* Line Chef:
">
o Roster: 2:1 FIFO
o Responsibilities: Assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking for various meals and functions, ensure smooth and profitable kitchen operations, oversee batch/bulk cooking for large groups.
What's in it for you?

* Head Chef: Five years' cumulative chef experience, preferably in a large hotel or remote village environment, with at least three years supervising and managing a team of chefs
* Sous Chef: Three years' cumulative chef experience in a remote village environment, with two years supervising and managing a team of chefs
* Line Chef: Two years post-trade commercial cooking experience, experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups
Chef Qualifications Required:

* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate
* Apply knowledge of Food safety & HACCP principles
* Ability to create service schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* Confidently apply knowledge of workplace safety systems and manage compliance requirements
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications
* Valid manual drivers' licence (Class C)
