Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding new business opportunities in the mid-market arena.
Your primary focus will be on strategic growth, identifying key opportunities for value creation within the mid-market segment. You will develop and implement effective strategies to generate value and achieve sales targets.
You will manage the complete sales process, from identifying prospects to successfully closing deals. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in B2B software sales, with a strong preference for experience within the HR/Payroll sector. You will also require a solid understanding of the software/technology sales cycle and its nuances.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in championing ELMO's comprehensive suite of HR & Payroll solutions. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and work closely with Sales and Marketing to support strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and self-driven, with a knack for successful prospecting. They will be able to maximize contract value and provide feedback to contribute to the ongoing improvement of ELMO's offerings.
