Role Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and mentor the Property Management team
* Oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio
* Manage landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism and care
* Handle leasing, maintenance, and inspections
* Drive business growth and profitability through service excellence
* Resolve complex tenancy matters with confidence and authority
What You'll Bring:
* Solid Property Management experience (leadership experience highly regarded)
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
