Verification Leadership Opportunity
This is an exceptional chance to shape next-generation silicon technology by leading a multi-site verification team.
We seek an experienced Verification Manager to develop and scale a remote-based engineering team responsible for verifying complex digital IP and SoC components.
* Team leadership and development (remote based engineering team across EU)
* Strategic verification planning and implementation
* Methodology and process ownership
* Cross-functional coordination with design, architecture, and project partners
* Supervision of distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones
The role requires expertise in digital design and verification, including UVM and formal verification flows. Proficiency in SystemVerilog is essential. Experience with scripting and DV automation, particularly in Python, is desirable. Knowledge of advanced verification techniques such as constrained-random testing and coverage-driven verification is required.
Strong communication and coordination skills are necessary to manage cross-functional engineering groups. Demonstrated leadership experience; ideally, the candidate has managed remote or multi-site teams.
