Support Services Role
We are seeking compassionate support workers to assist individuals with disabilities in Western Australia.
* Promote community access, participation and social inclusion for individuals with disabilities.
Daily Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assisting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care requirements;
* Supporting individuals to participate in their chosen activities and interests;
* Facilitating communication between the individual, family members and other relevant parties as needed; and
* Maintaining accurate records of individual's progress and achievements.
