Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and services.
* Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email platforms.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
* Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to produce marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and multimedia content.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
* Support content creation for websites, social media channels, and print materials.
* Assist in planning and executing promotional events and community engagement activities.
* Ensure all marketing activities align with company values and brand identity.
Qualifications
* A diploma or higher qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications.
* At least 3 year of experience in a marketing role.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM) and analytics platforms.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
* Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
