Role Description
We have a number of roles for Building Certifiers / Regulations Consultants available in our Sydney office. The roles involve auditing concept and detail designs, to ensure BCA compliance, managing approvals processes, undertakin construction phase inspections and defects management, and consulting with clients and authorities. The consultant will work closely with project teams to reduce risks and add value to key project decisions through their expertise.
Qualifications
* Experience in auditing concept and detail designs for BCA compliance and managing construction and defect inspections
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
* Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Post graduate qualifications would be well regarded.
* Highly motivated and professional attitude with a commitment to integrity and excellence
* Registration as a certifer in NSW would be well regarded.
