This leadership role involves overseeing the development, delivery, and ongoing refinement of clinical pharmacy services to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. As a key member of the Clinical Pharmacy Executive Group, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth in clinical practice.
Key responsibilities include supporting and mentoring Lead Pharmacists within clinical services, fostering professional growth, and ensuring consistent, high-standard service provision. Additionally, this role involves playing a key part in shaping the strategic planning and transformation of clinical pharmacy services, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven excellent clinical knowledge
Robust understanding of clinical workflow in inpatient, ambulatory, and outpatient settings
Strategic and creative thinking with high energy and enthusiasm
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and deliver on systems initiatives
Sound knowledge of healthcare systems and service delivery models
Effective leadership and confident decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
Advanced presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams; experience in designing, conducting, and completing research projects
