We are a boutique equipment, commercial & home loan brokering firm with a difference We love disrupting the norm of this industry and are looking for new BD/Sales members to join our team.

We're on a fast-paced trajectory so you will hit the ground running.

We were founded as a commercial finance brokering firm that specialises in Equipment Funding for start-ups through to publicly listed corporations, but also provides a wide range of financial services including Commercial Loans, Inventory Finance, Debtor Finance and home loan brokering services. Beyond our vast experience and commercial network, we pride ourselves on providing the very best customer service experience for our clients.

We are looking for a ethical, hard-worker with a excellent understanding of mortgage and business finance to generate sales across rural & regional Western Australia:

We have sales roles available in Albany, Bunbury, Busselton, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie & across the Pilbara.

Part time or full time roles available for professional mothers or fathers wishing to drop off and pickup their kids from school.

We have a family-friendly culture where you can manage your own hours and work from home.

About the Role

* Sales- obtaining business, equipment and home loan clients
* Communicating with our processing team to progress finance applications
* Supporting the team with compiling information
* Ensuring adherence to compliance and procedures
* Opportunity for learning
* Excellent potential for growth within the business
* 20 hours a week to full time roles available across Rural & Regional W.A.

About You

* Strong Sales and analytical skills
* Existing professional relationships within the community
* Relevant experience within banking/mortgage brokering- Min 5 years
* Clear communication skills, ability to explain credit decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
* High attention to detail and sound time management skills
* Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards
* Candidates must hold any valid Australian work rights

You will be responsible for

* Delivering new clients to the business
* Maintain & grow relationships with new and existing clients and our team
* Deal management
* Securing referral partners
* Develop and maintain relationships with our financiers, partner businesses, BDM's & staff
