What you’ll do
* Finance function modernisation: Assisting the shift from transaction processing to data led insights for trusted decision making
* Process Optimisation: Process modernisation, activity analysis, risk and control design and continuous monitoring
* Finance System Implementation Support: Business Case, chart of accounts design, program management, control design/assurance
* Cost optimisation: Determining operating model and commercial benefits to fund modernisation programs
* Transactional Change: Considering pre or post deal support from governance, accounting, integration and synergy realisation
What we’re looking for
* At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, external audit or a related field
* Bachelor or equivalent degree
* CA qualification (or equivalent)
* Excellent skills in leading project teams to deliver finance projects or internal improvement activities
* Experience in risk & controls, process optimisation, financial reporting, technical accounting, management accounting or budgeting
* Critical analytical skills including the ability to identify and provide meaningful insights to clients
* Strong technical accounting skills with experience in applying accounting standards
* Strong attention to detail to deliver high quality reports and presentations to clients, maintaining PwC Risk & Quality guidelines and frameworks
