In this role, you’ll operate Grade Control rigs, lead and mentor a team of offsiders, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. Lead and mentor a team of Offsiders, assisting with training and daily tasks. Conduct site setup, mobilisations, and demobilisations while maintaining safety compliance. Complete drill reporting and liaise with site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
