About The Role – Administration Officer Level 2

The Administration Officer Level 2 position is based at Wallsend Health Campus within the Harker Building, where you will serve as the welcoming front‐of‐house reception point for multiple services within Children, Young People and Families. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, families, clinicians and staff, providing professional and friendly administrative support while helping ensure the service runs each day smoothly.

This position is offered two days per week, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The role is largely independent, with a consistent flow of visitors and enquiries throughout the day, creating a dynamic and engaging environment. No travel is currently required, allowing you to focus on delivering high‐quality reception and administrative support within the Wallsend Health Campus.

Professional growth and ongoing training are strongly encouraged, supporting you to build confidence, expand your knowledge, and further develop your administrative skills within the role. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts within the job share arrangement, as well as other Administration Officer roles across Children, Young People and Families Services (CYPFS), providing valuable experience and exposure across the broader service.
