Use your skills in gardening, carpentry, construction, and general maintenance to deliver engaging men's programs in remote First Nations communities. You'll work closely with the community, enjoy the outdoors, and be immersed in one of the world's oldest living cultures — while making a genuine difference to people's lives.

* Experience in general maintenance, repairs, and outdoor work
* Ability to plan, coordinate, and run engaging men's programs or activities
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working independently in remote environments
* Respectful and culturally aware when working with First Nations communities
* Adaptable, reliable, and solution-focused
* Enjoys working outdoors and being part of a community
