We're looking for Electrical Engineering graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Program and help shape the future of energy.
You'll work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to real projects, and build the skills and confidence to grow your career in a supportive and inclusive environment.
What you'll do
Our program is designed to give you real exposure, broad learning opportunities, and a strong career foundation. You'll:
* Undertake rotations across key areas to enhance your experiences and increase your network across the business including Asset Engineering, Network Planning and Design.
* Gain exposure to Senior Leadership at the end of every rotation
* Help design and maintain a safe, reliable, and resilient electricity network, while contributing to the transition toward renewable energy across regional and rural NSW.

About you
You might be early in your career, but you're curious, motivated and ready to learn.
You're someone who:
* enjoys solving problems and learning new things
* wants to make a real impact in communities
* is excited to work with experienced engineers and grow your skills
To apply, you'll need to:
* Have completed (or be completing by mid-2026) a Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Electrical Engineering, and
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
