About Deel IT

* Global Equipment Management: Handles the entire lifecycle of IT equipment, from procurement and delivery to repairs, replacements, and returns. Manages shipping and local regulations in over 130 countries, ensuring timely delivery of pre-configured devices.
* Integrated with HR: Integrates with HR systems to streamline onboarding/offboarding. Automatically triggers shipping of devices with necessary apps and security settings when a new employee is hired.
* Security and Compliance: Provides device security tools such as mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection. Allows secure data erasure and storage when employees leave.
* IT Support: Offers 24/7 global IT support for technical issues, software questions, and system troubleshooting across time zones.
* Centralized Platform: Brings all IT functions together in one platform, simplifying management and reducing burden on IT and HR teams.

Summary

As our first SDR for the APAC region, you will break into new accounts and foster relationships with multiple contacts across all levels of our target customer segments. You will collaborate with the wider sales team, conduct market research to identify prospects, and qualify leads by learning about their onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach.
* Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
* Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
* Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

* Experience in a sales development or similar inbound & outbound commercial role in a SAAS/Tech industry preferred.
* Based in Australia with prior experience hunting in the Australian region.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
* Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
* Smart and hard-working, with an entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
* Good writing skills to craft email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Active relationship builder who collaborates with internal and external teams to improve processes and workflows.
* Preferred experience working for an HR or Fintech company, at a fast-growing startup, or in a remote & distributed team.
