Operating primarily across mining, oil and gas with large scope to move into many other areas, this is a key role to facilitate that growth About the opportunity This position is focused on business development across condition monitoring solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide territory, building strong client relationships, and delivering value through customised monitoring technologies. In this role, you will: Service and build a portfolio of clients across the South West and Kalgoorlie Develop new leads and manage short and long sales cycles Present monitoring solutions for asset performance Reach sales targets of $2M–$3M annually You will engage directly with engineers and managers in mining, energy, and heavy industry, offering technical support and solution-based selling. Career progression may include growth into major projects and broader sales leadership. About you You are a solutions-focused salesperson with a technical background and experience dealing with industrial clients. A sales background in Mining, Resources or Energy is ideal. You enjoy both business development and hands-on engagement with technology. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: At least 4–5 years’ experience in solution sales Experience in large-scale fixed rotating machinery condition monitoring, reliability, or maintenance Strong negotiation, relationship and communication skills Understanding of capital equipment or industrial environments A valid driver's licence and ability to travel across WA What’s on offer You will join a growing team with a technical and collaborative culture.
