In a national aged care project, you'll help co-design, implement, and evaluate a new intervention.
With experience in aged or primary care, you'll manage tasks like ethics applications, literature reviews, REDCap tool design, and data analysis, while coordinating activities and engaging stakeholders.Core ResponsibilitiesPlan research through literature review, ethics submissions, and idea generationExecute studies by collecting data, analysing results, and collaborating with project teamsDevelop materials including surveys, standard operating procedures, training tools, and meeting documentationDraft reports, papers, and summaries to support knowledge sharing and grant applicationsEnsure ethical compliance by maintaining approvals, confidentiality, and safety protocolsEssential Skills and ExperienceHold a bachelor's degree in health sciences, public health, pharmacy or nursingApply experience in research design, ethics submissions, grant writing and publicationAnalyse qualitative and quantitative data and synthesise literature from scientific databasesCommunicate clearly with stakeholders through writing, presenting and collaborationManage competing priorities with appropriate judgement, problem solving and attention to detailBenefitsGetting a great job working with the best is just the start.
