Cobra is divided into four main sectors of activity, Networks, Specialised installations, integrated projects and concession assets.ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network.
The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from **** to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.With a commitment to driving positive change, contributing to the evolution of Australia's green energy sector, this is your chance to be part of something groundbreaking
About the RoleOur Central-West Orana project is currently seeking A dedicated Talent Partner that will be responsible for working closely with leaders, employees, candidates and various internal / external stakeholders, providing efficient and timely coordination, guidance, exemplary service and support across the full employee life cycle and other 360 HR activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a recruitment support to the Central West Orana ProjectDeveloping and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholdersSourcing talent across platforms, including LinkedIn, Seek and internal redeployment opportunities for current staff.Acting as the champion for recruitment processes and procedures for our management teamsProvide the management teams with relevant upskilling in the selection toolsRequired Skills and CompetenciesIdeally, a Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a related field.Demonstrated experience in a similar role, coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.Proven capability in delivering talent to businesses in talent-short markets using alternative sourcing strategies.While exposure to the Mining, Infrastructure or Building industries is ideal, it is unnecessary.Previous experience with Workday or other full-delivery Human Resource Systems would be an advantage.Experience with internal TA functions would be seen as beneficial.We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
