What you'll do
* Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to engage and motivate team members.
* Manage the daily operation to achieve planned KPIs, monitor area performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
* Actively role model safety behaviours, manage hazards and incidents, and ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibilities processes.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and change projects.
* Ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution with internal stakeholders and external partners.
What you'll bring
* Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and managing a team (warehousing/operations background highly regarded).
* Strong coaching and communication skills, providing effective feedback to develop team capability and future talent.
* Problem‐solving, planning and prioritisation skills to manage daily performance and achieve KPIs.
* Relationship management skills, having successfully worked with internal and external partners to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships.
