The Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer presentations across various funding areas, including Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Program.
* Support customers in achieving daily living, mobility, and community participation goals.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
* Collaborate with clients, families, carers, GPs, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
* Stay up-to-date with best practices through ongoing professional development.
This permanent full-time or part-time position offers flexibility with fortnightly hours and autonomy to complete administrative tasks either at home or in our office.
The Ideal Candidate
* A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
* Significant practical experience or extensive knowledge in providing OT services, preferably in a Rehabilitation and/or Aged Care setting.
* Effective interpersonal, communication, organisational, and time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* First Aid and CPR certificate.
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your own insured vehicle for work purposes.
