Job Description

* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
* Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a similar sales leadership role within the FMCG industry.
* Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

* Solid understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour in the FMCG sector.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
