Saffrron Restaurant is seeking an experienced and reliable Waiter / Supervisor to join our hospitality team. This role suits someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to supervise front-of-house operations during shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
* Supervise and support wait staff during service periods
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff
* Handle customer feedback, concerns, and special requests professionally
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
* Assist with opening and closing procedures when required
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience as a waiter (supervisory experience preferred)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good time management and problem-solving abilities
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* RSA certification (mandatory)
