We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Store Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* To lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors within the store.
* To enable and empower the Store Management team who are customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven.
* To coach the team to deliver multiple brand moments and an elevated flagship experience for customers.
* To identify the team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance.
* To work with field VM and merch partners to provide customer and store insights.
* To manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
