Your role
Provide talent acquisition services and administrative support to contribute to the achievement of key talent acquisition objectives.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team member to join the Talent Acquisition team within DCJ. As an Assistant Talent Acquisition Officer, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Officers and Team Leader where you will provide administrative support with end-to-end recruitment processes.
What you’ll do
This role will see you involved in various aspects of recruitment including arranging pre-employment checks such as medicals, various internal and external service checks and reference checks.
You will also be required to review the outcome of those checks, provide timely and professional support to candidates regarding general queries, updates on the status of their application or to request further information from them when needed.
You will be updating and maintaining records and databases ensuring that all information is accurate and stored correctly whilst collaborating and working closely with the rest of the team.

4. Demonstrated ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands.
5. The ability to work as part of a team in a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment.
6. Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
7. Experience in providing administrative support within a recruitment or HR environment is preferred but not essential.
8. The ability to maintain a high level of verbal and written communication skills in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
