About the Job:
The role of an HR Business Relations Partner is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between Human Resources and Lending and Retail Community Bank leadership in specific regions. This position provides support across all functional areas of Human Resources, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluations, Compensation Management, and Benefits.
* This role involves serving as a strategic partner to managers and supervisors on policy interpretation and other employee relations matters.
* BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HUMAN RESOURCES FUNCTIONAL MANAGERS IN ASSIGNED REGIONS OR BUSINESS LINES IS KEY TO THE ROLE'S SUCCESS.
* A significant portion of this job entails handling Employee Relations matters effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1. Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all aspects of human resources policies and practices.
2. Liaises with regional or business line stakeholders to understand their needs
and develops targeted solutions that align with organizational objectives.
3. Administers key HR initiatives such as recruitment programs,Talent Development Opportunities, performance management processes,compensation planning, diversity equity inclusion strategies;Employee Engagement Initiatives;multicultural community outreach programs.
